
Last week we had our first cool fall day in Northern VA, so naturally I headed straight to Trader Joe’s to buy all of the seasonal items.? While I was there and in the fall-y spirit, I thought I would make my first chili of the season. Turns out I wasn’t the only one with that idea because all the canned tomatoes were gone, sigh. Anyways, I finally got around to buying the ingredients over the weekend to make my favorite turkey chili recipe ever.
I’ve tried a bunch of different chili recipes over the years, but this one is full of flavor and the best in my opinion. It’s slightly adapted from eatyourselfskinny.com, and made with ground turkey which makes it a bit healthier than your standard chili. The recipe makes about 8 servings, making it perfect for feeding a crowd or weekly meal prep. Enjoy!
