Ever since Kennedy was able to talk and express herself, she’s been obsessed with animals – especially farm animals. We’ve always been impressed by how many animal names and sounds she knows at such a young age! So, when planning her 2nd birthday party it seemed fitting to choose a farm theme. We love how everything turned out so I’m (finally) documenting and sharing the details for other farm-loving toddler parents seeking some party inspiration. Happy party planning!
Mood Board
When planning events, I like to start with a mood board to help me visualize how all the pieces will come together. I loved the muted pink tones in this ballon arch with the cow print balloons mixed in, so I started with that and chose details to match.

Goodie Bags
Surprisingly the hardest part for me was picking out things to put in a 2-year old goodie bag, ha! My favorite find was the farm animal juice cups🙂

And finally, some pictures from the party! Though admittedly overwhelmed by all the attention, she had a great time and still talks about her “Old McDonald had a farm” birthday party (almost 8 months later!) Especially the cupcakes 🙂
