The summer months are coming to an end and I’m suddenly feeling inspired by all things fall. My design style already incorporates a lot of natural, warm, earthy and textured elements which are natural characteristics of fall décor, so luckily we have lot of existing decor to repurpose. I bet many of you would be surprised to find items around the house to recycle in the upcoming season too!
For those looking for some fall décor inspiration, I rounded up some of my favorite fall décor items and design tips to make your home feel extra cozy this season.
Faux pumpkins:
I’m a big fan of faux pumpkins especially in varied organic textures and neutral wood tones. You can style them in a vignette, in a basket / bowl, or on their own and they will make your space feel extra festive.

Accent Pillows:
I’m drawn to muted colors, nature-inspired hues and pattern play when it comes to textiles. There are so many beautiful pillow options to make your house feel warm and cozy for the fall season. Here are some of my faves:

Faux Stems & botanicals:
Any opportunity to “bring the outdoors inside” is a win – bringing an organic cozy feel to your space. I’m loving all the fresh, faux, and preserved botanicals. I like to use several stems in each vase for a fuller look.

Rustic and Natural Vases & Pottery:
I’ve seen so many beautiful artisan, rustic, hand-crafted vases styled in homes for fall. Filled with stems or flowers, or standing alone they always make a statement. Sharing all sorts of earthy textured goodness here:

I hope you love bringing the outdoors in with these woodsy, organic, natural accents and fall design tips – Happy Fall!
