
We hosted a brunch for my dad’s birthday this weekend, and I was determined to find something different to make beyond the usual breakfast casserole. Inspired by a recent trip to our local Italian store, where I had the most delicious Nutella stuffed donut, I searched for easy breakfast recipes using Nutella.
I wouldn’t call myself a baker, so the thought of a homemade donut intimated me a bit, but the fact that this recipe is baked and not fried made it so easy. I followed the recipe exactly from cafedelights.com – the only difference is I purchased a mini donut hole pan so that my donuts were round and not muffin shaped. The only thing I’ll do different next time is add more Nutella, because a little extra chocolate never hurt any one ๐ Enjoy!
