With the beginning of a new season, I’m craving all the seasonal foods and drinks and this Rose Iced Coffee is my new favorite spring recipe. There’s a local coffee shop that serves the most delicious and refreshing sweet rose coffee that my girlfriends and I obsess over. Since learning the shop’s recipe is secret, I was determined to figure out how to make my own version of it, and I’m happy to report that I came pretty dang close 🙂 The “secret” ingredient = rose water! You can find it on Amazon & Williams Sonoma. It’s not cheap but luckily a little bit goes a long way – a few drops is all you need!
Ingredients:
- Milk
- Sweet Cream
- Rose Water
- Coffee
- Ice
How to Make it:
- Using a mason jar or lidded jar, make a rose creamer by mixing ~¾ cup of milk, and ¼ cup of sweet cream. Add ⅓ teaspoon of rose water. Shake it up, and freeze for an hour or so.
- If you prefer iced coffee, chill your coffee in the fridge.
- Add ice to your chilled coffee, and top with the cream mixture. Stir and Enjoy!

Delicately floral and sweet – Iced rose coffee is a delicious little taste of spring!
