Pasta salad is one of my favorite side dishes in the summer time, especially for cook outs and outdoor dining. I haven’t been able to find a recipe that includes all my favorite ingredients, so made up my own version which I’ve perfected over time. The heirloom cherry tomatoes and parsley come fresh from the garden, and we love any recipe where we can eat what we grow. This is so delicious and a definite crowd pleaser!
